1. Campaign Overview

The Campaign is a promotional initiative by MatchMyReno to reward eligible homeowners with a $10 NTUC e-voucher upon successful submission and verification of a valid floorplan and renovation intent.

The Campaign aims to assist homeowners in finding reliable, pre-vetted renovation professionals while encouraging early renovation planning.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, participants must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident aged 18 years and above.

• Be the legal owner or co-owner of a residential property in Singapore (HDB, Condominium, or Landed).

• Be planning to renovate the property within 6 months or be currently undergoing renovation.

• Submit a clear, complete residential floorplan with proof of ownership or verifiable renovation intent.

• Consent to be contacted by MatchMyReno and its verified partners for the purpose of renovation quote-matching.

Note: Only one submission per household/property address is allowed. Multiple or duplicate entries may result in disqualification.

3. Submission Requirements

To qualify for the voucher, participants must:

1. Upload a clear and valid floorplan (PDF, JPEG, or PNG).

2. Provide accurate and complete personal details, including:

   • Full Name

   • Mobile Number

   • Email Address

   • Property Address or Estate Name

   • Renovation Status (e.g. “just collected keys”, “collecting soon”, or “renovation ongoing”)

   • Estimated Renovation Budget

3. Accept and agree to:

   • These Terms & Conditions

   • MatchMyReno’s Privacy & Data Usage Policy

Submissions with missing, incomplete, or false information will not be eligible.

4. Voucher Fulfilment

Eligible participants will receive a $10 NTUC e-voucher upon successful verification by the MatchMyReno team. Notification and collection details will be sent via email or WhatsApp/SMS.

The e-voucher is:

• Non-exchangeable for cash or alternative items.

• Non-transferable and for personal use only.

• Subject to NTUC FairPrice’s standard terms of use.

MatchMyReno reserves the right to withhold or cancel voucher issuance at its sole discretion if:

• The participant fails to meet any eligibility or verification criteria.

• The submitted information is inaccurate, unverifiable, or submitted in bad faith.

5. Disqualification Conditions

A submission will be disqualified if:

• The floorplan is incomplete, falsified, or non-residential.

• The floorplan is sourced from the internet or reused from past campaigns.

• Multiple entries are submitted by the same person, household, or property.

• There is no clear intent to renovate or the renovation is already fully completed.

• Any details submitted are inaccurate, misleading, or deceptive.

• The participant is found to have violated any part of these Terms.

6. Data Collection & Privacy

By joining the Campaign, you agree and consent to the following:

• MatchMyReno will collect, store, and process your personal data for the purposes of:

  • Eligibility verification

  • Campaign fulfilment

  • Quote-matching with pre-approved renovation professionals

• Your contact information and floorplan may be securely shared with verified interior design partners.

• MatchMyReno may receive commercial benefits (e.g. referral fees) from renovation partners when connections are made through the platform.

• All data will be handled in compliance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

• You may opt-out or request data deletion anytime by contacting: [email protected]

Your data will never be sold or used for unrelated third-party marketing.

7. Campaign Duration & Availability

• This Campaign runs from 15 April 2025 to 15 April 2026, or while e-voucher stock lasts.

• MatchMyReno reserves the right to:

  • Extend or shorten the campaign period

  • Modify the campaign mechanics or criteria

  • Suspend or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice

8. Limitation of Liability

MatchMyReno shall not be held liable for:

• Errors in participant submissions, including incorrect floorplans or contact details

• Misplacement, misuse, or loss of vouchers after issuance

• Disputes or issues arising from third-party vendors (e.g. NTUC)

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless MatchMyReno, its team, affiliates, and partners from any and all liabilities, claims, or damages that may arise from this Campaign.

9. General Terms

• MatchMyReno reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• All decisions made by MatchMyReno regarding eligibility and rewards are final and binding.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
